Can you provide original or equivalent EDM/Hasco components?
We can provide original DME/Hasco components. Or we can provide equivalent DME/Hasco standard components. Such as Wmould, Newwell, Misumi, Punch, etc.
What kind of steel will be used for mold base and cavity/core inserts?
We use LKM/Minglee mold base.
Steel is from Assab, Groditz，Daido and LKM: P20, 718H, 1.2738, 1.2343,1.2344，H13, 420, S136, NAK80, etc. We can provide original certification reports also.
Can you provide mold with hotrunner?
We provide hotrunner mold with DME, Mold Master, Yudo, Husky, Ewikon, Synventive etc.
Do you have experience of CPK/SPC?
We can provide qualified mold with CPK/SPC requirement.
Can you provide CMM report?
For standard geometry shape part, we can provide CMM report. For abnormity shape part, making CMM report needs checking fixture/ check jig, and we can provide check fixture/ check jig sourcing service, especial for automobile components.
How to get the plastic raw material according to customer's spec?
Customer can send original material to us, or we can buy the same spec material locally if possible. Also we can provide equivalent material with customer's approval.
What's the guaranteed shots of your mold?
We can proide guaranteed shots from prototype mold to 1000K molds. It's depend on detail mold specfication. Also we provide timely and technical sevrvice for aftersales market.
Can you provide molding service and part production?
We have molding capability in our factory and we can provide molding and sampling service for our customer. We can provide from prototype sammpling to mass production and we are very flexible with different customer requirement.
Can you provide mold with Mold-Tech or Tenibac grain?
Mold-Tech or Tenibac grain has factory in China and we can do mold grain there. And also we can provide equivalent mold grain from local supplier, such as Yuansu, Yick Sang.
